I ordered something on June 21, then I received an email from UPS on June 29 that the package would arrive the next day. It never arrived, then I contacted and after a long wait I received an email saying only that I should be patient and that my package had been sent. Then I received an email on July 9 that my package would arrive on July 10, again not arrived. I checked the tracking and it said it will be sent back to hungary?! (i do not live in hongary) The customer service is terrible, always waiting more than a week for emails back and the emails i got back were very vague. They responded saying that it had been sent back to hungary, and: 'Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a new delivery, but we will try if you wish'. At this moment I just want my fricking money back.

Although I am a fan of their clothing, I had an awkward encounter with an employee on King's Road in London; I went into the store by myself and as I was browsing through the items. I had a question regarding a top so I naturally went up to the employee who was arranging a rack which seemed like no big deal. I was caught off guard by her yelling on her phone and trying to ignore me. I decided to buy the clothes anyway and after a while she was working the register. As I put the clothes on the counter she then harshly grabbed them from my hands and looked at me up and down. So disrespectful! Such cute designs wasted on an arrogant brand.

Very poor returns policy

My skirt arrived with a hole in the seam. The returns policy included with the item states that postage has to be paid to send it back. Even worse, they don't do exchanges so it looks like I would need to pay postage again if I wanted to order another one. I don't feel like a valued customer and wont buy from them again

Absolutely terrible customer service from UK representative Ani

Absolutely terrible customer service.
I spoke with UK customer service representative regarding a bag I had purchased online. The policy states that all accessories are ‘final sale’ - but when the bag arrived, it has been totally mid-represented by the website images. The bag was denim fabric with a cheap surface print - and cream in colour. The product page did not show any close ups, nor did it mention the fabric in the description. There was only images from far away, where the bag read much more graphic and not as dark in base colour as when it arrived. I work for a reputable fashion brand, so understand customer care and felt that this was something that should be able to be reviewed despite the official refund policy kindly contacted customer service and politely explained that I’d like to return it, due to the fact I felt the product page hadn’t accurately communicated that it was a printed denim bag. Ani was terribly rude to me in a series of back and forth emails where she said she was “Sorry to hear you thought the product was not denim. There is nothing in the item description stating it is otherwise. I'm sorry that you assumed that the item was different.“
And repeated said they would not be able to accept it back. The emails got more and more blunt from her and she refused to pass me on to a more senior person to explain my situation. May I clarify - the description did NOT say the bag was denim, or cream. I have bought from brandy Melville a lot in the past but this has truly put me off ever purchasing again.

obsessed

clothes came in perfect condition, with no issues whatsoever, although I’m not keen on their ‘one size fits all’ idea, but overall I would recommend ❤︎ their clothes are also SO cute

Will 100% buy from them again

Such a good site! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will 100% buy from them again. Took 6 days to come so was very pleased with that as that was the expected time.

Good clothing and ships fast, although rude customer service and must check measurements before ordering online. Although, lacks diversity in sizing.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Everytime something goes wrong with my order, and I'm just left to put up with it because their customer service is useless. Appauling.

Worse company to deal with ever

Worse company to deal with ever. My daughters loves this clothing but I would never give them a dollar of my money. Terrible customer service. They never answer their phone and give you no options to deal with your phone call. No timely responses to emails or chat inquiries. We are Canadian and order from many companies from the USA both high end and low end. Never have problems.
This company obviously does not need sales.
I understand the billing address and delivery address has to be the same......no problem we do not have that issue. I tried to buy a gift card so it would be easier for my daughter to order online but that was declined via Amazon pay. No reason why? We have no credit issues...lol.
Shameful.....try assimilating to Lululemon and other efficient companies Brandy Melville.

Pretty good with their deliveries

Pretty good with their deliveries. Bought off website around 5 times with no problems at all and delivery and shipping was quick. Trendy clothes. if choosing between UO or brandy for customer service, brandy wins with no hesitation. Sizes are a bit weird. Size S will be too big, size m even bigger and xs too small for me so I dont usually buy their pants. Other than that, one size fits me quite well (usually stretchy material too). Workers could be a bit more welcoming in stores though, London stores im looking at you!

Fantastic clothing shop!

I placed my order last Wednesday evening and it was dispatched to Royal Mail by Friday morning. Due to delays by Royal Mail it arrived the following Wednesday instead of the Monday which is still pretty good. My order arrived perfect, everything was fantastic quality and fitted me great (I’m a UK size 10/12). The jewellery and hair scrunchies I ordered also were very well made and look lovely. I also got a surprise ‘freebie’ white Anya top with my order, which really made my day! All in all this is a really good clothing shop and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Thanks Brandy Melville!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Sizing is always different. Images are misleading. First and last time buying and have shared my awful experience with my followers

Carla hoodie size XS and…

Ordered a Carla hoodie size XS and received a size small/medium. I contacted BM and was told that the correct item was sent, that it is an oversized hoodie and only available in XS and S. No offer of return or refund. Plus shipping costs to purchase and return would have been at my expense.
I will never purchase from the site again.
Poor quality item. Certainly not worth the money.
I would give zero stars of that were an option.
